Why it is important to pay the ticket:

 

Many people say that the metro should be free since they do not want to pay because it is a public transport. So now I'll show you and argue why we have to pay for our subway tickets.

 

The cost of public transport is not very high, because if we paid the actual cost the ticket would be worth more than double than currently, so, the 20 euros for the 10 trips and 3.50 euros for the single ticket. If it were free, anyway, the user would end up paying taxes, since they should increase the coast, and a lot.

There are around 8,000 people working every day in the subway, so those people must have a salary, so with our help, we make those 8,000 people get a salary every month.

And one last thing, the meter is cheaper than the car and more ecological, then paying lots tickets would be a way to make the most of the subway. Because if nobody paid, the subway would disappear and many people would be unemployed, we would pollute more (both auditorily and the atmosphere) and we would spend more money.

 

And this has been my argument, I hope that it has made some people reconsider and see the importance of paying the subway tickets.
